Happy Baby Pose
It’s called ‘Happy Baby’ but it’s 100% for adults! This is a really simple and effortless exercise mostly practiced during yoga. All you need to do is to lay on your back, keep your legs raised and slightly open while you’re holding your feet internally. Gently stretch and swing your body. Close your eyes and relax. It will calm your mind, open the hips, and increase your flexibility. This pose also boosts your libido and facilitate the clitoral stimulation.
If there is one pose that does all in one that would be the plank. Plank is a single position that punts into work every single muscle of your body and as a result makes you feel strong, daring, and sexually confident! When you do plank you put into work muscles such as legs, buttocks, tights, abdominal, and upper arms, which are all muscles you’ll be mostly using while having intercourse! ;)
All you need to do is to lay face down and lift your body and keep it off the floor with the support of your forearms and toes. Keep your body as straight as you can to make sure all muscles are contracted and also to avoid joint problems in the future. The length of time you should hold this position is absolutely up to you, the more you practice the stronger you will get. And obviously, the stronger you get, the better you will perform in the bedroom :)
The Bridge Pose
Here we are, back again to a very simple and relaxing yoga position: The bridge pose! All you need to do is to lay on your back and raise your hips while holding your toes from the back. Squeeze your glutes and try to maintain this position for 8 to 10 seconds. Then gently lower your hips, breath, and relax before repeating the move as many times you would like.
As simple as it is, this exercise can significantly strengthen the muscles of the gluteus, hamstrings, and lower back. We advise this move because with this practice the muscles' endurance and strength will clearly increase enabling in this way to have more resistance for a much more intense intercourse.
Good sex is also about strong pelvic muscles! Kegel, knowns also as pelvic muscles floor is a really simple but powerful exercise that increases libido and make orgasming much easier! Kegel exercise improves your sexual pleasure in many different ways. For example, it helps you relax your vaginal muscles, making penetration more pleasant and less painful, in case you have pain during sexual intercourse. Also, it improves the blood circulation to your vagina and the pelvic area, which in result will significantly increase your sexual arousal! At the same time, it increases the vaginal lubrification and makes it really easier to reach climax!
First thing you need to do is to identify the right muscles. Which, basically, are the muscles that makes you stop urinating. Then, all you have to do is to hold and release this muscle for 5 to 10 seconds, and then repeat.
There are obviously many other exercises you can try, and you don’t necessarily have to try these all. But those about are the most relevant exercises if you really want to boost your sex life! Give them a try and… have fun!
